For a 5 star rating, the company must meet both of the following conditions:-Overall percentage achievement should be between 85% -100%. Achievement marks for each parameter is at least 15 marks. If the company gets the overall percent passing 85% but the score of one of the parameters is less than 15 marks then the company will be rated 4 stars.
